Flu Jabs


We are still offering flu jabs for those who are over 65 or in an At Risk Group.  Contact us to book in.


Improved Access


We are now offering appointments from 6.30pm - 8.00pm one evening per week and 1 in 5 Saturday's we will offer a morning clinic.  We hope this will assist patients who are unable to access the Surgery during normal hours.


Dr Jessa Morton


We are pleased to announce that Dr Jessa Morton joined us on the 19th November as a Retention GP.


Online Service for Repeat Prescriptions


The service has moved to Patient Access via EMIS WEB for repeat prescribing. See Further Information Tab for more information about this service and other online services.


Patient Notice


Please avoid using the NHS111 out of hours service for repeat prescriptions.


Repeat Prescription Forms


Please leave completed forms in the black box in the surgery lobby. It will take 48 hours to allow us to process repeat prescriptions.


Travel Clinic


Unfortunately we are only able to offer a limited travel vaccine service at the surgery. This is only for those vaccines available through the NHS.  There are local travel clinics available who will be able to advise and help you with all your requirements for your travel abroad. 

Repeat Prescriptions

Notice to all patients:

Due to new NHS regulations, this service ended on 31st July 2017. The service has moved to Patient Access provided by EMIS Web.

Those patients who already have online access via Patient Access can start using the new service via their existing account with immediate effect.

Those patients who do not currently use Patient Access should shortly receive a link from the surgery.

Please note that due to the new system configuration it will no longer be possible to have multiple family members using the same email address (including children) – individual email addresses will be needed per account.

Please note that you may have previously been able to request acute prescriptions which do not now show on the Patient Access system. Due to NHS regulations patients can only request Repeat Prescription medication online and acute medication needs to be requested via your GP. If you cannot see all the previous medication you received on the Patient Access system please call the Surgery reception after 11am and they will send a task to your GP for them to review your request.

If you experience problems with this service please contact the surgery receptionists.

Repeat MedicationIf your doctor considers it appropriate you will be issued with a repeat prescription form.

Please leave the completed form in the red box in the surgery lobby if repeat medication is required. It will be emptied regularly from 10.00 am. 

At Wadhurst and Ticehurst the prescription will automatically be sent to the local pharmacy for collection, unless you request otherwise.

Please allow 48 hours for this.

We regret that prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.

If it is more convenient you may order repeat prescriptions online. Please register using this website, accessing through the icon on the home page.

 

 

Your local pharmacy will usually provide an emergency service for repeat items if necessary. Please avoid using the NHS111 out of hours service for repeat prescriptions.
